Marketing strategy
A full marketing strategy was undertaken to ensure maximum exposure. A host of commercial property portals and digital marketing techniques were used to attract interest.
Disposal
The purchaser negotiated a deal that included additional parts of the property that at the time of marketing were not for sale.
Sale
The purchaser was a SME investor based locally who bought the building with cash.
Challenges
During marketing we were made aware of the fact that one of the tenants did not want or intend to vacate the property. A deal was negotiated to ensure that vacant possession was achieved upon completion.
