Marketing strategy
Whilst a full marketing strategy was implemented to let the space we found that a local strategy delivered the most results. We ensured that sales boards were erected on the site and 75% of the tenants who occupied the space had seen the boards.

Whozoo let 20 small commercial spaces in the shopping centre over a period of 6 months

Whozoo vetted all tenants to ensure that once a license was signed they were likely to pay rent and safe, secure tenants.

We dealt with a high volume of enquiries and negotiation on multiple units across the shopping centre which meant needing to be extremely organized.
